Fake Vet Earned £40k

According to the Somerset County Gazette, a bogus vet lied his way into a job at a Taunton practice and managed to earn more than £40,000 before being discovered.

Patrick Keniry had several criminal convictions for similar offences and admitted faking his CV to get work at Priory Veterinary Practice, in 2015.

Keniry used the name of a qualified vet to get the job and was employed for almost two years before he was rumbled in May 2017.
