The Northampton Chronicle & Echo website reports that a porter at the University of Northampton used a company van to steal £58,000 worth of office supplies.

The BBC News website reports that a man stole from and defrauded his employers to buy wine for his wedding – at which his boss was a guest.
Andrew Robert Dickinson stole £8,296.09, part of which he used to buy 48 bottles of Bottega Gold Prosecco for his 2018 wedding.read more
Barman Stole Whilst Working
The Ipswich Star website reports that CCTV caught a barman stealing money – estimated to be in the thousands of pounds – while working at a popular riverside pub in Suffolk.
The landlord of the pub noticed that money was going missing and patrons had reported suspicious behaviour by Shane Stocker.
Shoplifter Steals To Get A ‘High’
The Leicestershire Live website reports that a serial shoplifter told a court she goes thieving because it gives her a ‘high’.

Payroll Thief Stole Over £500k
The Star website reports that a payroll administrator stole over half-a-million pounds from her architect employers over a seven-year period.
Jennifer Green was promoted with responsibility for the payroll in 2011 and 2012 and began linking payments from a related bank account to her own personal account.read more
