Payroll Thief Stole Over £500k
Saturday, 20th March 2021 at 10:32amThe Star website reports that a payroll administrator stole over half-a-million pounds from her architect employers over a seven-year period.
Jennifer Green was promoted with responsibility for the payroll in 2011 and 2012 and began linking payments from a related bank account to her own personal account.
Green stole funds amounting to £500,490.23, even during the time that architects practice had been facing financial difficulty.
