Family Firm Defrauded Of £100k

As reported on Kent Online, a valued member of an Ashford family firm betrayed their trust and secretly pocketed £100,000.

Donna Hartshorne – jailed for 18 months – was off work with neck and back problems when her bosses at Glass Services discovered the scale of her fraud – setting set up three private accounts and paying cash into them on 82 occasions.

She claimed she used the money to buy a pressure cooker and a new oven for her mother.
