Assistant Head’s School Meal Scam

According to the Mail Online website, an assistant headteacher stole thousands of pounds in a free school meals scam to fund his gambling addiction.

Daniel Reynolds was paid extra to run an activity and food programme, which was championed by footballer Marcus Rashford.

However, Reynolds got free food from local organisations wanting to help his needy pupils, meaning he was able to pocket some money, whilst still providing meals for children in his care.
