Ebay Seller Made £250k From Stolen Goods
Thursday, 23rd July 2020 at 8:12amThe Northern Echo website reports that a man who sold stolen items on eBay benefitted from his crimes by £250,503 over a two-year period.
Malcolm Teasdale sold items stolen from lorries and from an electrical goods shop via an eBay account in his daughter’s name.
Teasdale has been ordered to pay a little more than £200,000 in three months in a proceeds of crime order – failure to comply will result in a 36-month custodial sentence.
