Estate Agent Stole £100k From Workplace

According to The Leamington Spa Courier, a woman stole more than £100,000 from the estate agents where she worked, while she was subject to a suspended sentence for stealing from a previous employer.

Rachel Cefai was promoted fairly rapidly after joining Dunsmore Estates in 2010 and gained a position of considerable responsibility.

In 2016 it came to light that there had been misuse of the company’s credit card and, it later emerged, large sums of money paid by tenants – totalling £105,582 – had been paid into Cefai’s own account.
