Ferry Company Worker Faked Documents

Kent Online reports that a ferry worker faked vital documents about passenger numbers in a fraud which netted him £20,000.

DFDS Seaways employee, Matthew Jackon – a deputy manifest officer – sold tickets but then stole cash from drivers arriving at the port.

After being found out, he tried to implicate former colleagues – which resulted in some being suspended.
