Gambling Addict Stole £20,000

Peter Barker pocketed customer’s cash and processed it as card payments, racking up 229 fraudulent transactions in two years.
John Stamper, the owner of the Cash Recycle shop said he didn’t think of Barker as just a colleague but also as a friend.
