Millionaire Caught Stealing From Tesco
Wednesday, 22nd April 2015 at 7:13pmThe Daily Mail reports that a man has been found guilty of shoplifting meat and wine worth £200 from a Tesco store, despite the fact he is a multimillionaire company director.
Ronan Ghosh, 39, from Birmingham, was caught on the supermarket’s CCTV stashing goods in a bag.
Ghosh set up RG Recyling, which is based in Solihull, in 2009. The company trades in new and used waste processing equipment and recyclable materials and has a yearly turnover of £16million.
His own barrister told the judge the offence ‘beggars belief’.
