Nurse ‘Worked’ At Fictional TV Hospital

Mail Online carries a story of a British nurse who claimed he had worked in the fictional hospital from the TV show ‘ER‘.

Amazingly, he got a job as an emergency nurse at St Mary’s Treatment Centre, Portsmouth, in 2008, after claiming to have worked at ‘County General’.

His pretence only came to light when a genuine doctor became suspicious.

He was sacked, but continued to lie even after the court case, falsely claiming to a nursing agency, that he had left his job to take up a new post, instead of admitting he had been dismissed.
