Pals Teamed Up For Crime Spree

According to the Chronicle Live website, two friends teamed up for nearly four months for a shoplifting and petrol-stealing spree across garages and various shops.

Jackie Dunning and Melissa Bailey targeted six service stations, trolley-dashed two stores and tried to steal coats worth over £700 from Fenwick.

A court was told Dunning had got into financial difficulties after having to pay for her mother’s funeral.
