Pharmacist Stole Tranquilisers

The Lancashire Telegraph website reports that a pharmacist working for Boots stole hundreds of boxes of drugs from his employer over a nine-month period.

Hussnen Abbas repeatedly over-ordered boxes of diazepam and temazepam which he then passed on to others, in a significant breach of trust.

Company investigators identified 252 boxes of the prescription drugs which had been taken from 16 stores.
