Prolific Thief Stole During ‘Low Ebb’

Michael James Lee Rooney stole hundreds of pounds worth of items from supermarket chains Asda, Tesco and the Co-op in the period from June to August.
A court was told by Tristan Roberts, defending Rooney, that his client had committed the offences during a ‘low ebb’ in his life.
