Shoplifting Hotspots Revealed
Wednesday, 6th January 2016 at 11:37amThe Daily Mirror reports that England and Wales saw 327,925 cases of shoplifting in the year up to and including June 2015 – one for every 176 residents – with Lincoln taking the unenviable crown of the shoplifting capital.
An exclusive analysis of crime figures by the Mirror’s data unit has revealed the scale of the problem within the area,with the rate of shoplifting there nearly three times greater than average.
