Vodka Thief Banned From Tesco Stores
Tuesday, 28th October 2014 at 9:34amA Romanian national has been barred from entering any Tesco stores after trying to steal vodka from a branch of the supermarket chain in Beckton.
According to the reported story, Alexandru Carstina tried to steal the items so he could sell them on and send money back to his family who are struggling in Romania.
His solicitor told Thames Magistrates Court that, “[Carstina] has been in the UK for only three months and is finding it very hard to find work.”
