Woman Reversed Car At Security Guard
Monday, 25th July 2016 at 7:16pmAccording to News North Wales, a woman reversed her car at a security guard while trying to avoid being detained for shoplifting.
Jodie Underhill pleaded guilty at Chester Magistrates Court to one count of theft and one count of driving without due care and attention.
On Friday, June 3, a staff member at the Nike store in Cheshire Oaks noticed that a man and a woman had paid for two items but had more in their bag and left without paying for those items, according to the prosecution.
A security guard followed and tried to challenge the couple. The man threw a pair of leggings at him and then the defendant got into the car, a Fiat Punto, and reversed when the security guard was standing behind the car.
