Worker Sold NHS Supplies On Ebay

The South Wales Evening Post reports that a thieving hospital worker ran a mail order business selling stolen NHS medical equipment – and even used the hospital post system to despatch the goods to buyers.

Paul Lloyd, 30, set up a company called “Gloves For You” and sold 800 boxes of NHS latex gloves, digital hearing aid batteries, NHS work trousers and boots and even his own NHS uniform, following his promotion to an office-based role.

Lloyd advertised the stolen goods online – taking photographs of them on his office desk, printing out labels at work and even used the franking machine to save money on postage and packing.
