As reported on The Cumberland News wesbite, a pub worker with a secret cocaine addiction stole from his employer in a desperate bid to settle his drugs debt.

During a four-day period of sick leave, Ryan Wightman repeatedly sneaked back into the office so that he could steal cash from the safe.

The Derby Telegraph website reports that a thief with previous convictions for theft and robbery, threw his employers’ trust “back in their face” by stealing £20,000 worth of goods.

Nathan Wood – also known as Nathan Huntington – stole pallets of insulation rolls from the firm’s warehouse on five separate occasions.
