Teen Thief “Didn’t Have Nice Things”

Demi Ellis travelled to Birmingham and targeted high-end stores such as Selfridges and House of Fraser to steal clothes and make-up.
A court heard that Ellis’s motivation for the theft had been that she “didn’t have nice things like this”, on account of being homeless.
