Thief Stole 144 Chocolate Bars

As reported on the Mirror website, a shoplifter stole 144 bars of chocolate right in front of CCTV – only to return later to steal ten jars of coffee.

Jordan Thomson – jailed for 22 weeks, his second sentence this year – was recorded on security cameras stealing the sweets from a branch of Co-Op in Worthing, West Sussex.

A court heard how Thomson went on to steal washing detergent, vodka and large quantities of meat from various stores in Worthing in the weeks that followed.
