Used Car Salesman Stole £30k
Tuesday, 25th June 2024 at 6:09pmAccording to the Car Dealer Magazine website, a used car dealer has been jailed after stealing company funds in order to fund his ‘lavish lifestyle’.
Ceri Lewis – described as ‘thoroughly dishonest’ – pocketed almost £33,000 over a three-year period, despite a previous conviction for theft from a previous employer.
Lewis stole money that was due to be paid to creditors, and even swiped money that was meant for a director’s monthly salary.
