Businessman Blasts Justice System

The Manchester Evening News website reports that the British justice system has been described as an ‘absolute joke’ by a business owner who was scammed by an employee for £5,000, just nine months after she was spared jail for another £22,500 fraud.

Wendy Horrocks, who allegedly has a £40-a-day cocaine habit, used a Paypal scam to buy 91 items, many of which she brazenly showed off to her work colleagues after they were delivered to the offices of her employer, World Heat and Power Ltd.
