Couple’s £25k Voucher Fraud
Saturday, 9th November 2024 at 3:02pmThe Glasgow Times website reports that a couple teamed up to scam their housing organisation employers in a £25,000 voucher fraud.
Donna Baillie and Stephen Kelly had access to vouchers that were meant to help tenants during COVID to assist those with energy pre-payment meters.
In exceptional circumstances, the vouchers could be exchanged for money, and Baillie and Kelly were seen cashing them in for themselves at supermarkets such as Asda.
