Claire Saunders claims cocky shoplifters now know they cannot be identified on CCTV cameras because of their mandatory face coverings.
She claims shoplifting is worse than ever and she was even threatened by one thief who told her ‘if you come any closer I’ll spit in your face and give you coronavirus ‘.
