Employee Stole For Rent And Drugs
Saturday, 15th April 2017 at 10:26amWales Online reports that an employee of the Co-op in Llandeilo stole more than £3,000 to help pay his bills and buy cannabis.
Daniel Gebbie voided customer transactions and pocketed the money himself, over a period of around 16 months.
In court, the prosecutor said that there had been a serious breach of trust by Gebbie, who had started offending after he had split up with his girlfriend which had placed a financial burden on him to pay the rent and the bills.
