Finance Director Stole £62k
Sunday, 29th May 2022 at 5:23pmThe Okehampton Times website reports that a finance director swindled £62,000 from the Dartmoor hotel where he worked and spent it on ‘life’s little luxuries’.
Alex Stevens used his company credit card to fraudulently withdraw thousands of pounds from cashpoints and pay his personal bills.
Stevens also paid for cosmetic dental treatments, settled personal debts, and even paid for his retraining as a driving instructor, in case he left the hotel.
