Fraudster Could Lose Possessions

As reported on the Lincolnshire Live website, a fraudster who was convicted of stealing over £86,000 from her employer, is facing having her possessions sold off to pay him back.

Elizabeth Cullen has been brought back to court for a proceeds of crime hearing, to work out if she is able to pay the money back.

The court heard that Cullen’s salary of £11,000 was woefully inadequate for the lifestyle she wanted to live and she used company cash for shopping and living expenses, taking three holidays a year.
