McDonald’s Worker Stole £4k

The Ludlow Advertiser website reports that a McDonald’s worker who stole thousands from his employer has been ordered to pay it back.

Stephen James had stolen thousands of pounds in cash from McDonald’s in Newport, Shropshire, between June 9 and July 4, 2022.

Court magistrates said the offence was so serious that only a custodial sentence could be justified.
