Shoplifter Broke Lockdown Rules To Steal

According to the Stroud News & Journal website, a thief travelled to Stroud and Swindon in breach of lockdown rules to go on a shoplifting spree.

Andrei-Niscusor Dogaru had two rucksacks and a magnetic de-tagger and stole a large quantity of spirits, ink cartridges, razors and electric items valued between £2,700 and £3,000 from a branch of Tesco.

Dogaru contravened the Covid-19 emergency coronavirus legislation by travelling from Slough to Swindon without reasonable excuse.
