Students Should Avoid ‘Cert. Selfies’

As reported on the Lynn News website, a leading fraud expert is warning students against sharing pictures of their certificates online.

Fraudsters can find these images and then use the information on them to create fake certificates that can be bought for as little as £7.

Robert Brooker said: “There’s a staggering number of fake certificates being sold online and exam certificate fraud is only the tip of the identify-fraud iceberg.”
