Tesco Worker Died After Shoplifting Incident
Friday, 4th May 2018 at 6:10pmAccording to Metro, a Tesco worker died following an incident at a branch of the supermarket.
Hilary Simmons – remembered as a ‘much-loved mummy, wife, family member, friend and colleague’ – died after being taken ill at a Tesco Express store in Middlesbrough.
Cleveland Police are investigating whether Mrs Simmons’ death is linked to an earlier incident, believed to be shoplifting.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and attempted theft from a shop.
