Thief Banned From Every Co-op In England

A court order demands that Fardin Farji must have proof of ownership if he is riding a bike and cannot enter any shop without cash or a card.
Farji, a “prolific” and “persistent” shoplifting offender, from Worthing, in Sussex, has also been banned from his local town centre and will be jailed if he doesn’t follow the order.
