Thief Stole Trolley-loads From M&S

The Leicestershire Live website reports that a thief filled trolleys with food, drink and clothes in three separate shoplifting raids on Marks & Spencer.

Richard McLean made off with two stolen loads – the first worth approximately £300 – but was caught the third time as he tried to leave with £140-worth of clothes.

A court heard that McLean had been living with depression for a number of years and was unemployed and struggling financially at the time of the offences.
