TK Maxx Thief Jailed

As reported on The Reading Chronicle website, a prolific TK Maxx shoplifter who stole £875-worth of the store’s clothes has been jailed for 36 weeks.

Marian-Cornel Moldovan had been given a 10-week suspended prison sentence but reoffended twice in the following five months.

He first stole clothing valued at £239.97 from the Reading branch of the discount department store, before going on to steal from branches in Nottingham and Attenborough.
