Treasurer Stole Over £100k

The Civil Society website reports that the former treasurer of a Norfolk-based charity has admitted to stealing more than £100,000 from the organisation.

Pamela Bent pleaded guilty to one count of fraud and three counts of false accounting at Norwich Crown Court.

Bent has paid back half of the money to the charity, with £61,000 still outstanding.
