Thieving Granny ‘Paid Blackmailer’

The Daily Record website reports that a thieving grandma who stole over £1.5m from her employer, used some of the cash to pay off a colleague who was blackmailing her.

Coleen Muirhead made the claim in court as prosecutors sought to claw back a large chunk of her ill-gotten gains.

Muirhead had created false accounts to help pocket the cash between June 2015 and October 2021.
