The Mail Online website reports that a British Army soldier has been jailed for stealing almost £150,000 worth of equipment and selling it on eBay.
Tarj Sevier stole items – deemed ‘attractive’ to terrorists and criminals – such as night vision goggles, helmets, armour and bulletproof plates.

Liam Snook and Sarah Brooks shared lifts together to and from work, and stole an estimated £8,000 of goods during 74 separate thefts.

As reported on the Liverpool Express website, a man has been arrested and suspected counterfeit clothing worth £80,000 was seized during a raid on a shop in Liverpool city centre.
It’s suspected that the items, branded with Adidas, Nike and The North Face logos, were fakes and being sold as legitimate products.
