Don’t Take Job Applications At Face Value

An interesting article on the People Management website warns employers not to take job applications at face value, after a recent Supreme Court ruling.

The ruling centered on the case of Jon Andrewes, and acts as a reminder that employers need to consider the risks of not completing proper due diligence on new hires.
