A shoe shop warehouseman who made more than £19,000 by stealing and selling his employer’s stock on ebay has kept his freedom, according to Gazette Live.
Kevin Smith sold footwear on the website to feed his family but his illegal cottage industry was discovered in an investigation into significant stock losses in June.
