The Bath Chronicle reports that the boss of a branch of Aga in Bath stole cookware worth almost £22,000 and sold his haul on eBay.

Aga conducted an internal inquiry and found that an eBay account was linked to store manager Timothy White’s PayPal account.

The Manchester Evening News reports that a trusted bank worker has been jailed after secretly siphoning cash into accounts belonging to her relatives.

When Helen Farrell was questioned by her bosses at Barclays bank, she couldn’t account for more than £97,000.

According to exclusive analysis of crime statistics by The Mirror, Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent is the most crime-hit shoplifting location in the UK, with a staggering 611 shoplifting offences between in the 12 months to February, or 1.7 offences per day.

According to the Lytham St Annes Express, a pair of professional shoplifters used a sophisticated ‘daisychain’ scam to target fashion shops in Blackpool.

Charity Moyo and Carolie Nkomo stole dresses, tops and shoes from Topshop and Debenhams, so they could return them for a refund at other stores in the North West.

Ferry Company Worker Faked Documents

Kent Online reports that a ferry worker faked vital documents about passenger numbers in a fraud which netted him £20,000.

DFDS Seaways employee, Matthew Jackon – a deputy manifest officer – sold tickets but then stole cash from drivers arriving at the port.
