Six Months Jail For ‘Bad Shoplifter’
According to the Press And Journal, a woman with over 60 previous convictions for shoplifting has been jailed for six months.
In court, Wendy Stuart’s own lawyer described her as either “a kleptomaniac or inherently bad at it.”
