According to The Sun, a 79-year-old great grandmother began a five-year shoplifting spree – because she was bored.

June Humphreys has clocked up her 39th theft, after starting to steal in her seventies to get out of her home in Crewe, travelling on her free bus pass to swipe hundreds of pounds of goods.
