As reported on Mail Online, there is growing trend where brazen shoplifters post their ill-gotten hauls on social media platform, Tumblr.

Growing communities of mainly young women are posting photos – and accompanying hashtags, such as #shoplifting – to advocate the so-called ‘lift life’.

The Sun ran a story with an embedded video that shows how a shoplifter had stashed a phenomenal number of stolen items about her person.
